Great location for a short stay

Nothing fancy but perfectly adequate if you want to be minutes from Oxford St. It is a bit old and tired in places, but we found it to be clean and perfectly fine for resting your head overnight. Tea and coffee, towels and toiletries provided. Steep steps so not suitable for everyone. No breakfast here but plenty of great options on the doorstep.

The usual London budget hotel. Small, dated decor and condition. Friendly staff. Seemed clean enough though. For some reason shower didn't get hot in the mornings but was OK in the evening...

Bra Londonhotell til en rimelig penge

Vi var godt fornøyd med oppholdet (1 dag). Value for money! Hotellet har ikke heis, så tilgang til rom høyere oppe i etasjene kan være noe besværlig,.særlig med bagasje. God service og fint nærområde.

The bed was quite comfortable, although a bit on the small side. The room is small and things are more than a bit dated, but this isn't the kind of hotel you stay in to be in your room. It's a really great location near Marble Arch.

Misrepresented by Expedia listing

No lift, staff argumentative, Stairs warped, thin and dangerous, carpeting in public areas torn and dirty, Room tiny, bathroom dirty, bed lumpy old and uncomfortable, towels laid out to be replaced were picked up off the floor and hung up for re use. On the positive side, they did have a safe. Stay away!

Great location but noisy, didn't feel safe.

Enjoyed location as it's close to Hyde Park, buses. Room's windows would not lock so felt unsafe. Also noisy as you can hear through thin, frail doors. Staff were friendly and helpful. Not as clean as it should be.

Bra läge, tillmötesgående personal. Fick rum mot gården som nog var bra för natten men tyvärr var det mycket lyhört inne. Kunde lätt höra vad alla i korridoren sa, och följa dialogen i receptionen. Helt ok rum och bäddningen etc varje dag, men kanske det vore bra att damma rummet ibland.

The stay at the hotel was great! I was only in London for one night which was a shame but the service and sleep at the hotel was amazing. The hotel is literally a 10 mins walk from Oxford Street and a 15 min walk to the local embassy's (which was the purpose of my stay). The staff were really friendly and had a laugh with you from the moment you stepped through the door. The room was clean and tidy; the only critisum would be the shower in room 8 was making a funny noise. Overall great stay and would reccommend it to everyone!!

이렇게태어나서싸가지없는호텔은처음봅니다. 뭐하는말이나 표정싸가지도없고 동양인무시하는 태도가 베이스로정말잘깔려있네요. 호텔뭐안된다고하는것도 나중에하겠다고가라그러고 진짜기분나빠서있을수가없네요 ㅋㅋㅋ늦게예약해서여기로온건데 진짜이럴거면절대안왔을겁니다. 런던첫날부터쌍욕나오네요. 이럴거면 에어비앤비를 사용했지 ㅋㅋㅋ호텔이러라고온게아닌데

交通方便

因為沒有電梯，所以比較不方便搬運行李。不過距離地鐡很近，移動上面算是非常方便，離牛津街非常的近，逛街購物時很方便。

Småt, god belligenhed, kun en opgang med værelser

Der stod på hotelbeskrivelsen at der var morgenmad tilgængeligt, men fandt vi ud at bi skulle købe en voucher på vores hotel og man så skulle over på et nærliggende hotel og få det. Dog kostede en voucher kun 4 pund. Hotellet er en opgang med en reception og værelser. Ikke andet! Men fin nok hvis man bare skal have en seng at sove i, et bad og en kop kaffe på værelses (gratis kaffe på værelset). Belligenheden var fantastisk ; i gåafstand til Oxford Street , Hyde Park og Hop On/hop off busser.

Great location....

Really helpful gentleman for the first couple days of my stay, then the next guy never tried to say hello or ask how we were. The staircase is very rickety and kind of scary even with tennis shoes on. The really nice gentleman helped me get my suitcase down the steps when I left. I would stay but would try to get a room closer to the ground floor.
