Lovely hotel in a wonderful location, basically in Paddington station so easy to get to and from Heathrow Express as well as anywhere else that has rail service to Paddington. It is also at the tube station.

The hotel is excellent with extremely comfortable rooms and superb staff. Its greatest advantage is perhaps its location next to Paddington Station - it is between the station and the street and you can walk into the hotel directly from the station. That makes it perfect if you are using the Heathrow Express or going by train to or from Paddington. It also is next to the underground station.

It’s adjacent to Paddington Station. This hotel has been my transit hotel whenever I am in London as it is very convenient for me to travel to other places. But the toilet, needs upgrading and also the air conditioning. As the windows can only be opened slightly then ventilation of the room should be good.

Bed was very comfortable and quiet, but the hotel is looking a bit tired and I was disappointed to see that there was no walk-in shower but a tub with shower above. Convenient location; my advice is to go out for a good breakfast at half the hotel price, and walk to Little Italy for dinner. Staff very friendly.
