The staff were very welcoming and professional, top notch king size bed and very soft pillows. The only thing that ruined it for us is that the room was located just behind the lift, which means you would hear all the different sounds that it makes all the time, I woke up a couple of times at night actually. Breakfast was nice with many options, just don't got for the scramble eggs!

First time we have stayed at this hotel. In a good location however, it is literally just metres inside the congestion charge zone. Parking at the hotel is extremely narrow so be aware if in a big car! Our room was very nice with plenty of room and good bathroom facilities and decent power shower. Complimentary water together with tea/coffee was most welcome. Disappointed to have an empty fridge! What's that all about? Bar was nice and great friendly staff. Breakfast was okay, scrambled egg was very weird just full of milk!! (That needs sorting out as a few people like us avoided it for that reason) could also do with some real Greek yogurt. All the hotel staff were very good.

A well managed clean hotel slightly off a busy street close to Marble Arch. The staff were exemplary accommodating to me and my family of four. I especially appreciated how good they were with my eight year old twin boys who just started to learn English at school.

Not quite central but easy to get around. Service is overall good and staff are very helpful, but they missed a couple of requests and no attempt to rectify. In house restaurant is good. Overall okay, but I’d try somewhere more central and with updated rooms and facilities next time.

The heating in room 314 did not work, in the month of January in London it is very important to have heating in the room, the TV never worked. I reported it and even spoke with the manager, he offered me a day of free breakfast for me and my three companions because of the "inconveniences", and they offered me a room with a king size bed and a sofa. Of course I didn't change. It didnt work for us.... It was a terrible experience, the worst thing was that you pay beforehand at Expedia and there is no way to get a refund,

Wonderful service and comfort
This was an unplanned stay for us, but turned into a fantastic experience! Crystal in the reception gave us the most exceptional service so we felt like VIP’s! Thank you! The superior room with King size bed and sofa bed was really comfortable and clean and we slept so well. Fantastic breakfast buffet too so we are very thankful and happy with our stay. Thank you to all the great employees!
