Great hotel in an excellent location. Super convenient for London public transport and set in a very quiet square. The room was surprisingly big in comparison to other London hotels, and the bathroom was spacious too. Our room didn't seem to have a mini fridge and there was panels falling off the desk where I assumed they closed it shut, but we didn't really need it. A/C seemed to be controlled centrally, and though I didn't have any issues, I heard other guests complaining about the heat, so something to keep in mind. Would definitely stay here again if I need a hotel in the area!

Typical service from the Malmasion hotel chain; poor customer service when checking out. I stayed at this hotel for five nights and during my stay the service was satisfactory. When I checked-out I asked for a VAT receipt but it was too much trouble for the receptionist. The rooms are good but rather small. Avoid breakfast, I tried a full English (veggie) and the sausages are disgusting and the spinach was over cooked - every day! Eggs benedict - no flavour and very stodgy. Salmon and eggs - gave me an upset stomach. Every time I had Salmon from the restaurant I was ill. If you order a full-cooked (non-veggie) breakfast you do not get real sausages; they only offer veggie sausages and they are extremely bland and stodgy. The hotel is over-priced and considering breakfast is £27 - it's simply over-priced and flavourless. I won't be returning!

I recently stayed at Malmaison London Hotel in Farringdon and had a delightful experience. The hotel’s prime location, just a short walk from Farringdon’s Elizabeth line station, offers easy access to central London. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. Breakfast had a good variety, though vegan options were limited. Non-alcoholic cocktails were surprisingly well-crafted. I stayed in an accessible room, which was thoughtfully designed with a spacious shower and safety features.
