Excellent location and helpful staff. It's best suit for families. It has many nice rooms for 3 persons. The services are wonderful and rooms are clean. We will stay here again if we visited London again.

The breakfast time slot (7:30-8:45) is not convenient. No juice, no tea... It is not a breakfast per say. No luggage storage The room was clean

It was great for a first time to London lots of shops and plenty of places to eat and really close to Hyde Park and Paddington Station.

On the positive the hotel was clean and warm on a cold winters’ night. However, the wallpaper was hanging off, the in our room shabby, there was no drinking water, soap or toothpaste etc. Breakfast was rudimentary: toast, ham, cheese and cereal. There were no good restaurants in the immediate vicinity. This is somewhere to kip down if in need.

Nice little hotel, not much in the way of facilities (no tea/coffee in room or shampoo/shower gel etc) but for the low price you can’t complain :) all staff were very friendly and breakfast was nice. Comfortable beds and clean!

Good location and clean… the kitchen staff was so very friendly and helpful… but the room was cold.. we asked for extra blankets and was given a hard time about it… eventually we got one… front desk put a sign on the locked door… back in 10-15 minutes… it was cold and rainy outside… we rang the bell and he got angry with us… but the rest was ok
