Excellent hotel, efficient check I , check out, not much staff interaction in between, decent location, only downside is very noisy if you are at the back of the hotel due to train noise, maybe could invest in better sound proofing for that area, overall enjoyed our stay.

Clean room, nice pool. Convenient location. Staff are friendly. But don’t order room service. Service takes a long time and your food will be over cooked and luke warm.

Was close to the Themes, clean, and any interaction we had with employees was pleasant. We checked in later evening, and found the shampoo, conditioner & body wash were empty. My son ended up pulling mattress from pull-out bed onto the floor, as frame was very uncomfortable, pillows were like rock, and two of the four, control panels for the rooms lights, and curtains did not work. Seemed very over priced for what it was though.

Very. Dirty under the bed, found other guess garbage on the room, they change the towels no matter we Don’t requested and didn’t put toilet paper when clean the room so I requested 3 time to get some and finally get the paper at next day after 8 hours

Great, affordable 5* Hotel on the south bank. Rooms and staff are amazing, with great views. 2 free bottles of water and a lovely tray of sweets. Bathroom is amazing, this place is perfect after a hard slog around London. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

I had a family of 4 I stayed there for 3 nights and every day I had to call and ask for towels and wash cloth. One two consecutive day no one was answering the phone at front desk so I had to leave the 14th floor to go and ask for towels. The cleaner didn’t do a good job when we got to the room there was a handkerchief under the bed and up to this day when we checked out it was still there.

Surprised! The hotel experience was one of the worst and although the staff were pleasant, they were ineffective. The room was not ready and we waited for hours. The room was filthy with dirty footprints in the washroom. Housekeeping left their dirty towel on the desk. Towels and water were random in the room. And worst of all my shoes were stolen from my room. Management took a report, but no meaningful action. Very disappointing experience.
