What I like about the hotel is its proximity to a subway station and stores that stay open until 1:00 AM. The staff were kind and helpful, and I want to emphasize that my review is mainly focused on the hotel’s policies. While the staff did their best, there were several issues with the room.
The room, intended for two people, felt cramped. It had two twin beds but little space to move around. There were no closets or storage for luggage, and the shower was very small. Most concerning was the cleaning policy: rooms are cleaned every third day, which means you’re stuck with the same towels for three days. This policy led to a buildup of dust on the floor. Also there no parking no laundry. The room should be mark for one person with a twin bed.
Overall, while the staff were excellent, the hotel’s policies and room conditions need improvement.
