"We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms and it was beautiful. Very clean and modern looking. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The room was spacious. Service was excellent and parking was easy. "

"The busy London downtown and one way streets made it difficult to spot the hotel entrance. Other than that the stay and staff were excellent and I highly recommend this hotel."

"My 20 yr old and myself had a great time. Very clean, staff were amazing. The only part we didn’t like was kids in the hot tub under 16. They treated it like an additional swimming pool with splashing and doing handstands. It’s not that big of a hot tub. I would change the age on it."

"Walked in and was greeted with a smile from the gentleman at front desk who made us feel very welcomed. Took the time to explain the amenities of the hotel as well as where to have breakfast in the morning. We walked into the room to surprized layout which we thought was well thought out. Room and bathroom were clean and loved the extra large smart tv. I’ve never turned on a hotel tv to see WELCOME ROB on the screen before. Was such a nice added touch. We didn’t hear anything all night and slept comfortably in the large bed. Breakfast was good and hot with a few options. Kudos for making our stay special "
