This property shouldn’t be with a 4 star ratings. Most of the time TV was displaying a message “contact front desk”. Outdated sink, toilet, bath tub. Towel provided had holes. The only good thing about the property was convenience and supportive staff.

The food at this hotel was poor quality in the restaurant and room service; very disappointing. The proximity to the palace was great. The rooms were quite pricey, given what you get in return.

Beyond our expectations! Our room was upgraded to a suite, it was wonderful, clean, fresh, modern, with kitchenette with laundry. Spectacular bath! The staff were accommodating and very friendly. We highly recommend the Taj!

This is a great property, just a few blocks from Buckingham Palace. Great size and clean rooms. Checkin could be faster but the lobby is very nice to hang out in. The breakfast is the best, I highly recommend getting their breakfast included in your booking. I did use the gym facility which was not bad. Overall a good experience and I would go back.
