The Savoy exceeded every expectation! Excellent location, being close to shopping, restaurants and theater. The entire hotel exuded old British glamour--esthetically pleasing, spotless, spacious--absolutely stunning! The restaurants were fabulous, with the American Bar being especially endearing. We were pleased with the Luxury King Room, which was quite large with an amazingly comfortable bed. Last, perhaps most importantly, the service was outstanding! This hotel is one of the best in which we've ever stayed and we look forward to returning.

From the moment my son and I arrived to the moment we left the Staff; Valets (Totally Awesome), Front Desk Waiters , Waitresses, even the Maids were nothing short of Amazing First-Class People! This is a world-class hotel. One of the finish. Not only because it is beautiful or because of its incredible history but also because every person we encountered at the hotel (Cesar and others), the Savoy Grill (Sefel and others) and at the American Bar (Ione) were incredible. An awesome experience

The Savoy actually exceeded my expectations. The hotel itself is of course beautiful, classic and luxurious. The service however is impeccable, from housekeeping anticipating your every need, to the bell services and concierge. Every experience was exceptional. I don't hand out reviews of this caliber very often. In fact, Ever. I have traveled extensively and few Hotels have ever exceeded my expectations to this degree. I also have to mention the restaurants. All 3 restaurants here are by Chef Gordon Ramsey. I expected another celebrity chef named restaurant with mediocre food and service. I was WRONG. The food was amazing! The service, the presentation, the wine, the entire dining experience, every time, was extraordinary. From the Fish and chips to the Beef Wellington. I understand from one of the wait staff that he is actually onsite quite often to make sure everything is up to his standards. I applaud him for that. He truly knows his skill and his customer and gets it right. Many restauranteurs could learn a thing or two from this experience. I will never stay at another Hotel in London. It will always be The Savoy for us.
