We had a great stay and would absolutely stay again. The location was very convenient and walkable. I. We stayed in one of the Suites with the conservatory and it was lovely. I highly recommend Bravas Tapas for an exceptional dinner

Huge property. Long line ups for breakfast. No heating or air conditioning. Reading the comments they have not had AC or heating for months. Bathroon sink and tub dirty. Staff at the desk tried to be helpful but they had their stock answers and were not truthful. For $345 cad per night this was not acceptable

Had such a lovely stay, staff were so friendly and helpful, the vicinity restaurant attached to the hotel was amazing too. We got a room with the tower view, literally looked like we were watching a screen, it looked so nice! Couldn’t have asked for a nicer room to stay in.

The communal areas I visited were in good condition. My room was small but that was fine however the decor was somewhat shabby. It was a nice touch to get 2 bottles of water provided but overall I think the stay was expensive for what it was

This hotel has incredible views, is safe and quiet, and the common areas are updated and very nice. However, once you step inside the room it doesn't match the rest. The room was severely dated. Our mattresses were sagging badly in the middle and there were visible stains on the old carpet. The furniture appears to be many decades old. My back is still hurting from sleeping on the mattress.

Stayed in room 353- Heating did not work in room, no both robes provided as previously have on recent stay. The quilts are very very thin and the toilet was dirty on arrival, the wardrobe doors look like a child had made them in school and no fridge. Otherwise rest of the room clean , the view of the bridge is great, staff are excellent and great location.

Beautiful hotel. Beautiful room and view. We were quite surprised though that with the quality of this establishment, that the light fixtures on the wall were so loose. They were literally just dangling at an angle. Seemed oddly out of place for such a fine hotel.

The Tower hotel is uniquely placed with views of Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. On addition to the location, the hotel has a real luxe feel, with high beds, high quality linens and many plump pillows. I had a great night's sleep. The shower was excellent and the towels large and fluffy. The bathroom has underfloor beating and comes with dressing gowns and slippers. The room has a fridge, safe, kettle, tea, coffee and milk, and a swish coffee maker. I can recommend the room service too. Breakfast is good, with varied fresh and cooked options. I have stayed at the Tower hotel 5 times and it is always fabulous. Highly recommended.
