The room was clean but small but was enough for 1 night. There are no lifts in the property at all, the restaurant is on the 1st floor and was a bit of a walk, up and down stairs from our room. The POD service to and from terminal was great, highly recommend, this journey was around 4 mins.

The main highlight of this hotel for me was the pod transportation to terminal 5 LHR airport. The hotel has everything you need with a great bar/restaurant in the hotel.

Staff were lovely. I arrived late and only wanted a bar type sandwich snack, but only larger full meal sandwiches were on the menu. It was do late there were no sandwiches in the ‘shop’ either. Shame. Great for T5 terminal Pod.
