Great location right next to Tower of London. Aroona and Roxana were so welcoming, we arrived early before our room was ready so went sightseeing - they took our bags to our room for us ready for check in - nothing was too much trouble!

The people who managed the hotel were charming and very welcoming. The gym was not in the hotel, as advertised. I had to walk over a block to another gym and get access from their front desk—very inconvenient, and it is not ideal in winter.

Really lovely modern apartment with gorgeous views of Tower Bridge. Water bottle and milk in the fridge is a nice touch. As other reviews have mentioned, the train underneath the building is loud and light sleepers might struggle.

Lovely property. Big apartment and can tell it’s new. The only issue was the noise levels. Could hear the tube and also the loudness from pubs and people outside. So not ideal if you actually want some sleep.

Lovely Apartment BUT
We stayed in Apartment 7 on the First Floor. It was a lovely apartment and very spacious. However, just a few things which meant it only got three stars. You are on the underground route to Tower Hill - it sounds like an earthquake every 5 minutes. It is very noisy. Also there are steps everywhere in this Apartment, step down into the bedroom, step up to the bathroom, step down into the kitchen/living room. If you are unsteady on your feet, this could be a problem. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Great Stay
We enjoyed our stay very much. Our room were very clean! The size of our room for our family of 4 was perfect! We were within walking distance of Tower Bridge, Tower London and The Borough Market. The walk to the other main sites was reasonable as well. Our flight arrived 8 hours before checkin but the staff made accommodations for us to check in 3 hours earlier.
