Wow what a lovely place to stay :) 10 min walk from Stratford station and easy access to centre of London. Facilities were good and very clean, staff were exceptional Well done everyone

The room was great but somewhat difficult to navigate for bigger folks. The shower door was almost impossible to close.

The hotel is nicely done out and staff were helpful and friendly. However two things really reduced the quality of my stay: 1. The doors are very noisy, and require some force to close properly. One night this led to lots of noise in the middle of the night on my floor with multiple people slamming doors at 1/2am. Not a great night sleep! 2. The toilet flush didnt work well.

This is a new hotel tucked in a busy area of Stratford. The reception area smells amazing, the staff are incredibly friendly and the beds are comfortable. Everything was clean and up to standard. However, some rooms have no view as the windows face the neighbouring building.

Great, welcoming staff. Easy check-in and check out. Located in walkable distance from Stratford and Maryland Stations, meaning easy access to Elizabeth line which in return gets you to central London in no time. You got Westfield nearby too. Well lit up area. But most importantly for me was - soundproofing, as in many hotels in the UK they have these huge gaps under the door or old windows, but this one was great and I slept very well (and I am a light sleeper). Would stay again if I'm around.

Staff were incredible, complimentary body clock they gave us led to some incredible sleep for us. We had one issue with the room which they fixed incredibly fast, thats the sign of a great hotel. Every staff member we spoke to made us feel so at home, hope they get all the credit they deserve if this company reads reviews

Bedrooms were amazing, really good bed that moves up for say watching tv and back down when you need to sleep! The showers are top tier, mirror even had a touch screen adjustable lighting. The staff were all very helpful and kind the whole stay and the location is perfect as it is right by the stratford centre/westfields and also by the tube/train station. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again 10/10.

Schönes, neues und sauberes Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Zimmer sehr klein, dafür sehr komfortabel. Das eine Zimmer blickt auf einen Hinterhof, das andere auf einen Park (Park für Obdachlose/Junkies). Das eine Zimmer hatte Fenster, die man nicht öffnen konnte. Das andere Zimmer hatte ein kleines Fenster zum Öffnen, an dem Fenstergriff war ein Schloss, laut Rezeption keine Möglichkeit das Fenster zu öffnen. Sehr schade. 24h ist die Klimaanlage an, auch wenn man nur abends/nachts im Zimmer ist, stört die Klimaanlage genau dann, weil sie einfach sehr laut ist und man schlafen möchte. Die Zimmertür lässt sich nur zuknallen, ansonsten sind die Zimmer gut isoliert. Nur das Knallen der Türen hört man.
