It’s about a 10-minute walk to the Peace Bridge and all the sights of Derry. Restaurants and a small grocery store are within an easy walk. Great value for the price. "

"Not a hotel. This just a room above some businesses.the room was big and comfortable. Getting the code for the door it was tricky, but it was due to changing phone sim cards. We were in downtown Londonderry close to everything. Parking was an issue. Overall a great place would recommend. "
