"Janette at front desk was super helpful and helped with an awkward situation! The staff was all smiles and really helpful! The ladies that put breakfast out smiled and greeted us. The breakfast area was impressively clean and organized! Loved the spacious room and amenities! "

"Heated pool. Lots of palm trees and birds of paradise flowers. Rooms were large and clean. The only thing I did not like was that the bed frame squeaked when you got in and out. Would stay there again for my next cruise."

"Excellent location and charming retro vibe. Rooms are on the small side but adequate for solo and couples. Very walkable to multiple locations, like the Promenade, 4th Street, the beach, and the Transit Mall. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The bagels and bar at Olive & Rose are excellent. Minor glitch: The code provided for my room would not work. A staff member had to give me a backup code to use for my stay. The keypad on the outside of the building was not backlit and hard to use. "

"The hotel was great and we so appreciated getting a ride from the ferry building to the hotel and then the next morning getting a ride from the hotel to the cruise port. The only problem I had was I really scraped my leg badly on the van that took us to the Cruise port because the passenger sliding door was broken and we had to get out around the front passenger seat. I should’ve told the driver as it did bleed and I still have a black and blue mark and bump there as well as a big scab left...

"This hotel was super cute. I enjoyed my stay here a lot. The rooms were clean and have full kitchens, which is really convenient if you’re staying longer than a night or two. Checking in was kind of a pain in the butt because I was there after hours but overall it was a nice place and I will be staying here again if I’m in the area."
