Water pressure in room #5 very poor but clean a pleasant bathroom. No mobile service but that is obviously not The Maypole’s fault!"

"The house is nothing special but the bed was comfortable to sleep in and it was in the location we needed to visit family. The kitchen smelled like something was rotting, I think the bins hadn't been disposed of properly before we arrived. There also weren't any towels even though the advert says there will be. It's an okay place to stay as long as you're not expecting luxury."

"Staff were friendly and helpful, albeit the check in time was 2pm was allowed to use the leisure facilities from midday which was great. The room was clean and the bed comfortable - the shower water pressure was poor, handles missing from taps and sockets severely outdated, could also do with sockets next to the bed too.
