Long Boat Key Weekend
First trip to AMI/Long Boat Key. Beautiful condo, less than 150-200ā€™ from beachfront. Room was exactly as described and was perfect for myself and two daughters. The check in process was extremely easy, and communication with property owner was very clear and timely. I would definitely stay at this property over and over again. Note: beach chairs were provided on first come/first serve basis. A few community beach umbrellas were available also.

Gorgeous spot
Gorgeous beach and the room is right on the beach. Great patio area with grill.. And there are rabbits that hop around outside your back. Door it was the cutest thing ever! Love this place we'll be back!

Place was clean and excellent location but not quite as depicted from on line picture. Could not see water from patio chairs - had to stand on toes to see because large amounts of bushes obstructed view. Grill was right next to our room so people were walking in front of our room to use it and the entry way was in a dark hidden corner right next to community bathroom and community laundry. Would have been nicer to be on 2nd floor to see the ocean and have more privacy.

Excellent get away with my husband for my birthday!!
Really, we can't say one bad word about this condo!! If we HAD to, it would be there wasn't much glassware (cups). And that would really be nitpicking!!! We enjoyed every minute of staying there and were sad to leave! We will definitely be back! Annette, the host was wonderful as well.

Awesome Beach Time
If you enjoy the beach and don't need a lot of space this place is for you. We enjoyed 4 days on Longboat Key with it's many amenities and especially the fine white sand beach. The condo was well equipped and just what we needed to relax. Thank you to Annette for being a great host.

What a wonderful and Cozy place . Wake up with the song of the ocean and open the door with beautiful rabbits looking at you waiting for breakfast . What a surprise ! I could expect turtlesšŸ¢, birds but rabbis it was definitely a plus. I cannot wait to Come back

Our family really enjoyed our stay. So nice to be steps to the pool and beautiful beach. Loved seeing the cute bunnies every morning and evening in the grass outside the sliding glass door. Took advantage of the grill right by the unit. Nice size fridge/freezer for fitting all of the food my teenage boys needed for 4 days. Nice having the washer/dryer right outside the front door. Plenty of pillows and blankets for all 4 of us. Great strong A/C which was very nice to come into during this hot FL summer. The Gulf water was perfect and clear. A manatee swam by us our 1st day! Made lots of amazing memories with my family here and would definitely come back ā¤ļø

Property is as advertised. Will book again when visiting the area. Owner is very good when communicating. The property for our needs as a family of four for two vacations now. LBK is the perfect spot for enjoying the beach. The proximity to St. Armandā€™s Circle, Sarasota, Bradenton, and AMI is also nice to things to do away from the beach.

Perfect studio on beach
I booked this for a mother daughter, relaxing beach getaway. This was our first time to longboat key area and we will definitely be back. This studio was on the first floor, very clean and a few steps from the pool area and a short walk to the beautiful beach. Our weather was perfect And the sunsets were amazing. The host was very easy to communicate with and she responded in a very timely manner. We will definitely be back and already looking at future dates. šŸ˜Š
