"All in all very good with closeness to the slopes and good restaurants as well as a Carrefour nearby. Because you are responsible for cleaning they should provide better cleaning supplies. The ones that were in the room was pretty much useless. (No suction in the vacuum cleaner) Would 100% stay again."

"The sofa bed was so uncomfortable is was impossible to sleep for more than a few minutes at a time and as soon as I sat on it, the arm fell off, having been glued back on many times. On our last morning there was no hot water available so a day of travelling home with no shower. Reported to the venue but no response."

"The chalet was perfect for a big group of 11 men (and room for more!), 5 minute walk from La Roche ski lift. There is a bar and ski hire at the bottom of the lift, although no shop, so we drove up to Plagne centre each morning. Communication with Audrey is exceptional, she is extremely attentive and answers your queries quickly. The living room is great for communal dining and evening entertainment (we played lots of cards). The Olympic bobsleigh is a short walk up the hill."

"The apartment is well positioned just opposite the bus terminus and entry to the commercial area. To access the piste exit the apartment turn left and in about 100m you can access a blue piste that leads quickly to the main green run on the front of the resort. For the ski schools its a two minute walk to the right down hill. There were 11 of us in the apartment which felt about right. There are 14 beds but two of the rooms are very small with triple bunks. "Lovely clean, well appointed apartment with plenty of room for the four of us. Don’t under-estimate the red run to get to the lift in the morning though, given the height and climate it made for an icy run most mornings. "You could not ask for a better location, straight on to the slopes (down to a short lift) and right next to the ‘all day/evening’ lift to take you into town and back if needed. "The Chalet is just below a lift into Montalbert. It is wonderfully appointed; the ground floor has a double bedroom with an ensuite and a bunk room with a huge luxury shower room. "We stayed here for one short night before taking the train back to Lille. It's a 10-15 minute walk from the Bourg-Saint-Maurice train station - uphill on the way to the hotel! The staff were helpful and friendly, and we liked the aesthetic of the hotel. The wifi was not great, but that was not a huge issue for the night. The hotel restaurant was packed on Saturday night - advise making a reservation ahead of time if you can."

"A truly ski in ski out experience right off Plein Sud chairlift. Val Thorens is breathtaking and the service is unmatched. Breakfast was included and was lovely every morning inside Casa Alta with a view of the slopes. Two turn down services per day and free ski locker with rentals and room reservation. My driver, Florian, was fantastic and was hired by the hotel to pick me up in Geneva, Switzerland. Great rooms and great value. Trip of a lifetime! "
