"The hotel is well located next to a wonderful pretty park. There is also a great restaurant located close to the hotel if you don’t want to eat there. The hotel is clean and comfortable. All the staff are friendly and helpful, the the building has no real character and looks like a bland 90’s hotel anywhere. "The restaurant was excellent and accomodated us even though we arrived right at the time they were supposed to close the kitchen. The room was great and clean, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area."

"We came to Trier for the Christmas market and to visit the Roman sites. The hotel was ideally placed for both. There's no restaurant but the hotel buffet breakfast was excellent and catered well for a gluten intolerance. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Parking in the underground carpark was fine if a little tight to navigate in a bigger car. The staff were excellent and helpful. They spoke perfect English but humoured our schoolboy German! All round good."

"The room was clean but for 3 people it was ultra small and a tight squeeze. The area around seemed more industrial and we did not feel safe staying out late. The staff were very helpful in arranging for a taxi as we had an early train to catch"

"The hotel is great value for money. Some of the rooms appear to be undergoing renovation at the moment. My room overlooked the river, with a nice view of the old Roman bridge. It's a short but interesting walk to the hauptmarkt, Karl Marx's birthplace and museum, Trier Dom, Porta Nigra, and other sights. I'd happily stay here again. "
