"We stayed at this hotel 2 times in the span of 3 days. The first stay was exceptional. The second was exceptional with the exception that the shower didn't work. We were leaving and mentioned to the front desk staff at 5:00 a.m. and they were very courteous and wanted to go up to the room with me to check the shower out. What wasn't apparent to me was that in order for the shower to ACTUALLY work you had to pull out both handles and then turn the valves.. Didn't have to do that on the first...

"This was truly the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed. I travel a lot with my husband, who is quite a hotel snob and considers a Sheraton subpar. This was cleaner than any Westin or 4 seasons we've stayed in. The staff was very friendly. The only complaint is that the room smells like it could have been smoked in at some point and a little musty."
