"Loved hotel and lovely staff very polite and helpful.Parking first come first serve we were lucky but Sunday was free. Was a lovely walk not far to Winchester Winchester Cathedral fabulous.Think there is a bus in to City Centre but not sure we walked. Alfred’s restaurant very nice. Carole & Tony"

"Lovely staff , food good , comfortable bed, spotless. Only complaint, room poorly lit and the light by main mirror did not work so seeing what you were doing, trying dry your hair was a bit difficult !"

"Great position in Newbury, very close to the main shopping street. Parking nearby was cheaper than onsite so we used that. Entry was easy with good instructions. It was very warm inside, we had to open the windows and turn off the heating. Nice and quiet in the building, we hardly saw or heard anyone ..."
