"Beautiful property in a stunning location. The owner was on hand and lovely. Vrbo listing is inaccurate as states Polperro, Looe, however location is Portwrinkle. The owner does provide an accurate location before checking in however. Fantastic week in a beautiful location, will hopefully return one day."

"Comfortable spacious room in a rural location. Our room was one of a pair in a converted ground floor former barn in the grounds of the hosts house. The room was very well equipped, more suited to a short stay as there are no catering facilities. Some basic essential crockery and cutlery was provided so breakfast was possible. There was also plenty of tea, coffee, biscuits and milk sachets. We were offered the use of our hosts fridge for our own fresh milk. Our host was communicative and helpful without being intrusive. "

"Enjoyed our stay in this well set up cottage. Travelled with 99 year old mother, so great place to sit and watch the world go by and the tide come in. The solid bannister, movement sensitive lights on the landing were perfect as was the abundance of hot water. The kitchen is compact and has everything you could need to cook up a storm and the radiator in the lounge was perfect to keep it cosy for morning & night. Jonathon was on the ball, helpful and timely in his communication. Would love toco e back. "

"Cottage is very well equipped right in the middle of Looe. Easy to park to unload - and about 10-mins walk to the main car park. Nice sitting on the bench outside!"

"We had a really lovely stay at this beautiful hotel. The room and living spaces were gorgeous and super comfy, and the gardens were just so pretty and peaceful. A big thank you to Rich and Jonny, whose hospitality was kind, warm, and genuine—it made us feel completely at home and relaxed from the moment we arrived. "What a gem of a find! Lovely hotel, recently refurbished from derelict and oh my what a wonderful job they have done! Decor is bright and clean. Amazing view of the bay from the huge lounge window. Single room was clean and comfortable with en-suite bath, shower and toilet. A working TV with all the channels which was unusual in my experience and much welcomed. James the owner and his staff were friendly and so helpful. The centre of Looe is a 10 - 15 minute walk away downhill (bit of a tough climb back up). Limited parking on site, but I had no trouble. Surrounding roads are busy and narrow. Looe itself was such a warm, friendly beautiful place and everything I hoped it would be. Lots to see and do. Busy, but peaceful and chilled. People were so friendly. Will definately return!"
