"Great place for a couple of days, great view from property over estuary and boats, only one problem was the stairs to the top floor, nightmare with all the bags checking in, (young mans game) not for the infirm. "

"The staff on reception were so friendly. The hotel was clean and modern inside. Bedrooms so warm with heat on. You can walk into Looe or drive down and park. Hotel has parking so that brilliant. The beach does f let dogs on there are any time which is a shame but they can walk along the path. Lots of cafes, pubs, eating places all dog friendly. Loved it there. "

"#Check in at 4pm and yet on this app stated 3pm. Waited til 4pm and still not ready. Finally got keys at 4.15pm. Was offered a free drink. #Restarant: ordered a salad at the price of £12.95.. bit of lettues leaves i got. Sent it back and the chef made a decent salad worth the money. #ordered baked potato with salad garnish, again a handful of luttues leafs. Was offered a free meal, which was a perfect salad. #Restaurant: selling garlic mushrooms. Which had no garlic and was battered...

"Hotel staff were friendly and views from bar and restaurant were lovely,however our room was not worth what we paid. The room was very old and in need of refurbishment as for the view a building was over looking our window . Very disappointed "
