PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Enjoy a relaxing holiday in this completely renovated holiday home in the well-known holiday resort of Lopar, on the sunny Kvarner island of Rab. The house is located in a quiet, idyllic residential area with no through traffic. Right next door there are forests that are ideal for cycling and hiking.

In the beautiful outdoor area surrounding the house, which features various plants and creates a cozy atmosphere, you can unwind or have a nice barbecue evening with your family or friends.

A free parking space for up to 6 cars is of course available on the property.

The house offers 4 modernly furnished holiday apartments for 2-6 people on 2 floors. All holiday apartments have their own balcony or terrace, are equipped with satellite TV, WiFi (internet) and have a beautiful view of the beautiful idyllic nature all around.

Pets are welcome. There is also a washing facility for laundry. A mooring can be provided for boat owners.

The friendly hosts are present during the summer months and are available to help you in German and Italian.

Schöner Urlaub auf Rab
Die Ferienwohnung war sehr modern und auch sehr sauber. Der Umgang mit den Vermietern war unkompliziert und freundlich. Die Insel Rab ist grundsätzlich sowieso einen Urlaubs wert.
