I thought the staff were lovely but otherwise the hotel wasn’t exactly what we had imagined. The main issue was it is described as soundproof but it was very far from that. I could hear conversations next door and our room was opposite the lift so it was very noisy. Not a lot of plug options, especially none by the beds. One of our plugs didn’t work. We borrowed an iron but it didn’t have the water plug so it kept leaking. The duvet was also busted in the corner. The area was great though and staff were helpful and kind. Breakfast was ok but all the pasties were burnt. Probably wouldn’t stay again.

Very nice property. It’s in a quiet locations but also has convenient transportation options. We would have loved to use the pool but it closes at 8pm. After our excursions, we got back around 9pm, so we couldn’t use it. Other than that, I would recommend it.

Very miserable staff The room was small… nothing like the picture The bath didn’t have taps… I had to fill the bath with the shower Room was for two people but only had one towel No air conditioning just a small electric fan
