Staff in all areas were not friendly. Hotel smells like cigarette smoke everywhere. Air fresheners pumped in is really strong. Room was spacious. Hotel is in a convenient location.

I paid to stay at the Hilton. During check in, I was told that my room would be upgraded, but I would now be staying at the Conrad instead. When we got to the room, there was absolutely no upgrade at all. Not sure why they lied. Did they think I wouldn’t notice? I would not have been upset to move to the other hotel, it was fine. I was upset about the lie of it being an upgrade. The only bad part about our trip was the horrendous meal we had a Brezza. The service was terrible and the food made us sick. We weren’t able to enjoy our last full day because we were unwell from our meal. The hotel itself is beautiful and well kept, with lots of options for food and entertainment.
