"Cristina was a fabulous host, meeting us on our delayed arrival and shared a full brief of the spotless apartment! The host provided tea, coffee and basics to help our stay. Thank you. The apartment is secure (inc parking) and well located for Florence, we walked or caught bus to town and local bus up to Piazzale Michelangelo. Cristina also recommended local restaurant “Il Barrino”, and what a fabulous Italian restaurant this was!!!! Departure just as easy as arrival. We would recommend...

"Unfortunately we had a disappointing experience staying at this listing. When we arrived we noticed that restrooms we not well maintained in cleanliness as well as the toilet seat being broken which was taped up. The shower in the back of the unit had a layer of mold and mildew in the pan. The epoxy paint itself was peeling and mold was gathering behind this layer. The second restroom also had mildew and needs to be re-chaulked to properly repair. Mind you, we noticed these issues right away and...

"The property is gorgeous and Villa everything you would expect from pictures. But beware, you are out in the country and the nearest town is 8- 10 minutes away. Food stores are a 20 minute drive as well. Check in communication was poor. I was unaware that property manager would be contacting me via What's App which is something I don't use. So we were stuck at the property for over 20 minutes waiting for our key. This could have been avoided with check-in instructions posted on their VRBO...

Par contre, nous avons eu quelques difficultés avec la société propriétaire qui étaient suffisamment agaçantes pour les publier. En effet, nous avons constaté à l'arrivée avec l'accueillant que le couvercle de la cuvette des WC était cassée, que de la vaisselle était sale, qu'une casserole et la cafetière étaient inutilisables et qu'il manquait un torchon et des tablettes pour le lave vaisselle....

"We had a brilliant stay with communication leading up to the holiday being excellent. Azzurra is such a lovely woman, very helpful and provided a beautiful house for us to stay in with everything you would ever need. Hairdryer, washing machine, dryer, iron & board, everything.
