Freehand Los Angeles
Chose this spot for proximity to Metro and Bus lines for ease of getting around LA for a week stay. Nice room on 6F. I'm from NYC so used to it but kinda noisy from street activity, good to be aware of. Didn't make it to the pool or rooftop bar.

The LINE Hotel
The hotel was clean and was close to my business function that brought me to town. Interesting neighborhood and I don’t know if I would return for a pleasure trip. Nice staff and ok menu at the lounge.
