You get what you pay for, area is bad, room was a bit dirty, and the management is a bit lazy. The good news is the A / C works as well as the TV.

This place was THE most disgusting place I've ever experienced in my life place smell so bad I didn't sleep for 2 nights and there were bugs coming through the sink I even recorded a vid, OMG I'm not even exaggerating.

Watch out for their fake Direct TV

The front desk asked for cash deposit for their TV remote...which seems fine EXCEPT the TV DOES NOT get Direct TV reception. It turns on but unable to SELECT any programs as it just turns blank. I couldn't wait to leave the motel and never come back again.

If you are uncomfortable around working class people, or demand the finest accommodations this hotel might not be for you. However, if you’re looking for an inexpensive hotel that is clean with helpful staff, and close to DTLA, this fits the bill. This was the only hotel in Los Angeles on July 3rd for under $200, and I didn’t mind it at all. Thumbs up if you are looking for clean and cheap.

Bon rapport qualité/prix. Nous sommes restés 3 nuits, la chambre était propre à l'arrivée, confortable et bien équipée. Le ménage lors du séjour est fait uniquement si vous en faites la demande. Le personnel était professionnel et accueillant. Le secteur peut faire peur mais nous étions en voiture donc cela ne nous a pas dérangé. Une bonne chambre par rapport à d'autres que nous avons fréquentées lors de notre road trip et un bon prix pour un hôtel dans Los Angeles. Très bien pour une halte.

It was bad. We for one couldn’t find it. Once we did we realized it was in a really bad area. There were windows smashed and a lot of homeless people

High quality Motel w/ a very affordable price. Room was clean and linens and bathroom facilities were all in good condition. This isn't the most glamorous part of town, but the price was right and I didn't feel unsafe. Great parking in interior courtyard w/ nice lighting too. Room was warm and heater worked great in the middle of the night. We weren't staying on the side along the main street, so it was very quiet. Had a mini fridge and microwave, but no ice machine on site, so make a stop before getting here if you need ice for any reason. Would totally stay here again! There was food around, access to the freeway, and certainly good value for the money!

Very bad ... I would not recommend this place

I booked room for 5 days but I left room in 2 days only .. Very bad receptionist .. they don't understand English probably Chinese guys... Room is too much small and even area is also not good.. so many homeless people around it. Bathroom is also so bad .. room always smell..
