Very comfortable bed and very nice room. Unfortunately the evening reception was not what I remembered from previous stays at Embassy Suites as the free drinks were limited to beer and wine and a limit of one. But overall it was a nice place to get my bearings after a long European flight.

We were on 4th floor and the sliding door/window would not fully close and there was a draft at bight. Certain parts of ceiling and in bathroom seemed very old and in need of repairs. Breakfast was ok. Staff veey nice

Front Desk Staff were ok. The Bar tender was rude. Ordering at the Kios for dinning sucked. I might aswell eat at Mc Donald's. Shuttle Driver was AWSOME. The rooms were great clean and spacious.

Embassy Suites needs to stop being so cheap in using paper plates at breakfast and have the ability to get real eggs cracked and cooked on scene. I also don't think the $53 daily charge for parking justifies the quality of dining ware and food served for breakfast. It use to be so much better prior to the pandemic. Step it up Embassy!!

Our room was spacious and comfortable and the atrium was the same as well. We stayed at 3 different hotels during our stay in LA and this was my teenager’s favorite one. Breakfast was good and plenty. The only minor issue we had was that our shower/bath fixture was leaking but it didn’t cause any problem for us just a little wet around the tub. It was great/convenient to be so close to the airport/rental car drop off. But that said, it was a little busy/noisy of an area (to be expected). Central location to visit beaches.
