This is a guest house in the flats of Beverly Hills across the street from the Beverly Hilton and Waldorf . It has a very large Bedroom with a California King bed. The bathroom has been redone. The kitchenette is walk in with a fridge and coffee maker. It has a microwave but no stove. We can arrange clothes washing at front of property.

Nice stay, polite host, good location, property pics are misleading. Entry shown is not the entry you will use - quite a difference using back alley. TV shown in living room is a monitor not a tv. Very roomy.

Long weekend stay
My husband and I found our accommodations clean, well appointed with all the necessities. The location was perfect for a west LA weekend, tons of restaurants in the neighborhood within walking distance and lots more within a 10 minute drive. Our host was excellent very accomodating, communication was great and super friendly. Thank you so much for a great stay! Highly recommend this spot as a home base.

Medical stay for wife
My wife was in town for a medical procedure and the home was just what the doctor ordered (pun intended). Cute, quaint and quiet. Donna was very communicative and was a perfect area for my wife to recover.

Amazing location in Beverly Hills. 10 min Walk to Rodeo Dr and restaurants
A little eclectic reflecting the owner's Hollywood past. Quiet. Great WiFi. My only suggestion is to bring a plug-in smoke detector. Didn't see one. (No gas hookups so no carbon monoxide issues). Location, Location, Location! Wonderful host !

Perfect location
My wife and I spent the weekend here and it was the perfect location to explore Beverly Hills on foot, and to quickly head out to the beach or up to Hollywood. The house was clean and comfortable, and Donna was an exceptional host.

Lovely space
I absolutely loved everything about this stay! The location, host, space, etc. You are close to some great cafes and the room is big. Everything was clean and Donna is so sweet! I will definitely stay again. Thank you and I’m grateful for my time there.

You will love this place
Absolutely lovely cottage with a great deal of room. The neighborhood is quiet and appealing. Lots of area for walking or taking a run. Donna is just wonderful and very accommodating.
