The property was a 10 minute walk to Universal Studios. The owner was very pleasant and made reasonable accommodations to dietary needs on our second night stay. The studio was roomy and clean. Had a fridge and microwave. Would highly recommend!

Great room and delicious breakfast! Convenient location—just a 20-minute walk to Universal Studios and a 15-minute drive to Griffith Observatory. The owner was very welcoming and made our stay even more enjoyable.

Excellent choice for price in location
Great house and loved the two rooms connected with bathroom. Bad thing was no hot water. So close to Universal Studios and Hollywood. Friendly service and parking area.

Unique experience
The home is in a quiet neighborhood close to Universal Studios. The owner is in residence. The place is eclectic, though clean. Make sure you get the secret to making the water warm or you'll likely have a cold shower. Owner cooked us breakfast. There is also a very tasty French cafe within walking distance.
