I reserved a room for motel 6. But unfortunately I couldn't find my ID so I was unable to check in I try to change the dates to my check-in to the next day and I was told to contact the third party Expedia Expedia contacting motel 6 took multiple fries but then said that the only one that was able to make changes was the manager and the manager wouldn't be into the morning. The next day I had a different person try to help me from Expedia different agent and they were unsuccessful on changing the dates and unsuccessful on when they requested the refund so basically I lost my reservation I was unable to go because I couldn't find my ID and I couldn't change the dates I am very upset

When I arrived in the room, the floor was dirty and there was hair on the bathroom floor and water around the toilet. I went to the front desk to ask for another room and the employee told me no other rooms were ready, but she would send housekeeping up. They cleaned up the water but they were still hairs on the floor. The room was comfortable and there was no outside noise. There are VERY bright exterior lights that stay on all night and the curtains do not black them out. They only provided soap, but sold travel bottles of shampoo for $3.25 in the vending machine. I would not stay here again.
