Very cozy and private studio with a front yard with barbecue and fired pit. Close to mall, waking distance to the market. 5 min drive to the beach and 7 min to freeway . Has AC and heater, kitchen and washer and dryer.

Cute little place
This is a cute little in law quarters in a nice area of the city. I only stayed one night because I was looking for an apartment or private studio not one attached to a house.
