Winter Weekend Getaway

The townhouse was located on the peninsula with views of both the bay and ocean, sunrise and sunset. We were able to walk to wonderful restaurants and conveniently access the nearby bikepath along the ocean. We enjoyed our active and relaxing time away!

Such a clear and smooth process from start to finish. The place had everything needed and more! Beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Great location steps to the ocean and the bay. Very responsive too! Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay

Check in was super easy and the place was really clean. Host was extremely responsive when we had a question. Quick drive or bike ride to Second street. Would stay here again.

Long Beach and coast visit

Great location. Able to go on runs/walks on the beach and a short drive to Huntington and Balboa for surf and day trips. Food and night life good close by. Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s also very close. Was a great location and will be back.

Perfect Location

Property is very spacious and comfortable. 1 block away from the Marina and 1 block away from the beach. We brought our dog and this location was 1 mile away from Rosie’s Dog Beach. That was a HUGE bonus for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely fantastic!

Everything was great! The beach is 1block in either direction. Very convenient liquor store across the street which was fantastic to be able to just grab a quick snack. I love this place!

We rented this property last minute to escape the heat. Great property. Great location. Good amenities at the house. We rented a minivan instead of driving our big SUV and we’re glad we did. Parking is tight!

Fantastic stay! 10 Stars!

Had an amazing stay! Best vacation rental we have experienced. The place was perfect for us. Amazing location with ocean views on one side, and marina views on the other from the rooftop patio. The place is fully set up with everything you could possibly need and more. The host was amazingly helpful, meeting us there for an initial tour, and he was super responsive the entire time. I would give the place and experience 10 stars if it let me!

Boat Parade Paradise

What a great view of the Christmas boat parade from the rooftop patio. Walking to Second Street and Naples Island to shop was super fun. We definitely got steps in.

Beautiful home with tons of space, storage, everything you might need including beach chairs and towels! Excellent communication and check in instructions! Very thoughtful decorations and artwork. Great location close to restaurants and shopping. Quiet neighborhood with beach access. Definitely would book again!

LB Peninsula gem

This house has it all. From great communication with owner, personal assistance getting settled in, as well as of the line appliances and amenities, and the best rooftop patio with amazing views. Close to 70 stairs from bottom to top, safe with bannisters. My 90 yr old parents were able to manage them. Plan to visit again.

Beautiful clean home

This is a beautiful clean home with a great location! From the minute we walked in we could smell it was freshly cleaned, new towels awaiting and fresh bed sheet! The beds were extra comfy! I would highly recommend this place for two couples, because that is what it is truly set up for. The house has a maze of double stairs that is fun to master, but not bothersome at all. The view is so pretty from the top of the deck. Tyler was extra friendly and very helpful. We would for sure come back and loved our long weekend getaway.

Gorgeous property! The attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The cleanliness, comfort and amenities were exceptional! Check in process was very easy and well explained. Tyler’s dedication to ensuring our comfort was truly remarkable. The breathtaking views from every window and the rooftop deck were nearly the highlight of the stay. Property was unique in that it had several floors. The first floor is an office, 2nd was bedroom with bathroom, 3rd floor was a master bedroom with bathroom and 4th floor had the kitchen and living/dining room. There is access to the rooftop for great views of the peninsula, ocean and inlet. Decor was very nice and the house is pet friendly, so we were able to bring our doggie. Love the neighborhood!! The boardwalk that runs along the beach on the ocean side was very romantic and quaint, especially at night. The property had bikes, scooters, and a paddle board available for us to use. All in all it was a relaxing week at the peninsula!!!

Liquor store out the front door for your convenience

Liquor store was very busy. Ok till a fight broke out. Supposed to be pet friendly. No grass for blocks. Lots of stairs 5 flights. We got a great workout. Owner has staff to answer for him. I thought I was talking to him when I answered questions. At check in he knew nothing. I had to jump through hoops to get checked in. Owner was so concerned about use of property. We had very get hours without being notified by y text or email. Deck on top was the best. We couldn’t use the furniture at all had sharp edges from pealing varnish. So disappointed in a few things but overall was just OK.

Spring Break

The photos posted do not do this house justice. It is beautiful and comfortable. You have the bay on one side and the beach on the other side. The locals seems to enjoy the bay side for tanning. About a mile from 2nd street. A bit of a walk if you are going for dinner. There are bikes available, but you need to be really confident on a bike to ride these "beachy" bikes. Locks are provided for the bikes, ample beach day supplies including towels and wagons, paddle boards, etc. The rooftop deck is a bonus and when the weather was nice, we did happy hour up there. While the teenagers were away, I lived in the house. I spent my time reading, writing, and enjoying the fresh ground coffee beans provided. We would stay her again but there are a couple of drawbacks. The location is located across from a liquor store (loved!) and next to the public bathrooms. There is a lot of foot traffic into the late nights and early evenings. We had "Brown Noise" playing in our rooms each night in order to not be waken up throughout our sleep. The beds are super comfortable but they are super creaky. If you are sharing a bed with someone, you are going to wake each other up every time you move. That's it! Like I said, we would stay here again and Wallace was a pleasure to work with. Beware, in case it hasn't been updated, once you book the phone number listed for the property manager they send to you is incorrect. I let Wallace know. Enjoy!
