We offer a garden view, two-bedroom, three bath condo with all the amenities of a five star hotel, but all the comforts of home. Villa La Estancia offers a 24 hour front desk concierge service, 24 hour security, pool-side restaurants, a beautiful fitness center, and a spectacular ocean view. You can also enjoy a swimming Jacuzzi, pools, a supermarket, deli, ice cream parlor, internet cafe and pharmacy gift stores.

We have a ground floor garden view condo that can accommodate two-six people. The unit can be rented as a two-bedroom three-bath or can be rented as a single bedroom with 1 bath. The condo is spacious and elegant, with 2200 square feet of living space. It is a complete luxury residence, with marble floors throughout. The condo has a full kitchen which include a washer and dryer area, breakfast bar, dining room, and living room. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a sitting area, and the master bath has a Jacuzzi tub, shower, and double sinks. The second bedroom has a bathroom and two queen-size beds. There is free wifi included too!

Cabo offer's world class fishing, snorkeling, diving, and golf. Some of the world's best golf courses are a short drive from the resort. Town restaurants, shopping, and nightlife are a ten minute walk along the beach or a short cab ride away. There is no place like Cabo and no better way to enjoy it than at Your Home By the Sea at La Estancia!

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: The Los Cabos Municipal Government charges to all visitors the amount of $79.20 PESOS (APPROX $4 USD) per room, per night. The fee is used exclusively for improving the quality of life in the working-class neighborhoods of Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo, in projects like beach cleaning, water treatment, waste collection, coastal wetland management, reforestation, and other sustainable programs. This is a governmental fee that is mandated by the local government; even though the fee is collected by the resort upon check-out.

Also please note that September is maintenance/construction month. While you may not be impacted by this, please be aware that there may be potential for loud noise, stemming from construction during your stay. This is unfortunately out of our control and we will not be able to refund for any construction related issues during the month of September..

BEST Experience!!
This truly was the best experience we've had since we started coming to Cabo years ago. The check in process was seamless, the unit was FABULOUS, and everything about the resort was incredible from the service to the food to the overall experience. The location is unmatched and close to everything. Highly recommend for a couples trip like we did, or even with a family- we will be back with our babies very soon!!

We always stay at Estancia when we visit every January. We have stayed at a few different condos but we did like being on the bottom floor. Water is hot, pressure is great, ac works perfectly, beds were comfy! We had no issues and would stay here again! Oh and we had Happy Hour every night on the patio! It was great!

Love Cabo
Condo was as advertised. Good location. Living room and patio furniture were new and very comfortable. It was convenient being on second level ground floor. Easy access to deli, store and the resorts on either side. Plenty of restaurants to choose from without having to leave the three resorts. The exchange rate was not very good so food was not inexpensive but it was good. Spa treatments were amazing!

Beautiful place to stay!
My friend and I had a great time staying at the condo at Villa la Estancia resort. The condo was clean and had everything we needed including spices to cook with, hair dryers, and plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. It was very spacious, comfortable and relatively quiet. The only issues we had was the breaker kept tripping in the kitchen and bathroom area and one of the toilets kept running. The maintenance person came right away and fixed it for us. I would definitely come back to stay.

Great Spot
We know the Estancia property well and really enjoyed staying at this Estancia unit in Cabo. Location is a corner unit on the ground level with comfortable beds, updated furniture and all the cookware essentials. We prefer Estancia (ownership) over the Villa Del Palmar (timeshare) because the amenities, rooms, service are a level above. And the pool is noticeably warmer at Estancia than over at Villa Del Palmar...a huge plus! Check-in was extremely easy and took around 5 minutes. Our kids loved the swim up bar and we loved the upper level hot tubs. Definitely recommend this unit (1209 A&B)

Excellent!
This was my third year staying in this unit. Everything was great! No complaints about the unit. My family and I will be returning! My only complaint (that does not pertain to the unit) is that the food at all 3 properties was a lot more expensive than in the past. The restaurants served very good food,but they were all overpriced.

Beautiful villa which had everything we needed for a great stay. We loved the separate keyed entrance for our teen son’s room. The ground level location was very convenient, with easy access to the grounds, pool area, market, etc. The villa is large and well appointed. We loved everything and definitely looking forward to a return visit!

Ok vacation villa
The actual unit is older than some others. Looks very dated and because it’s on the first floor at the back of the property the unit is quite dark. The outside couch smelled like cat urine so we didn’t sit on the patio. Having the bbq was helpful. There were no paper towels or a sponge upon arrival but the property manager called the hotel and got it taken care of. It was fine but would not stay in this unit again.

Lovely spot for a long weekend away
The place was great for our long weekend. Appreciated it was on the first floor and just a quick walk to the pool. The grounds were lovely. The only issues we had was that the dishwasher wasn’t properly installed and pretty much nearly fell over when we tried to load it. And two of the three fans on the patio didn’t work at all. The resort is lovely but the food and drinks are overpriced for what they are and the little grocery store is extremely expensive.

We had an amazing stay! The staff was friendly, helpful and always joyful; the condo had everything we needed for cooking (the coffee pot(s) was the only exception, as it is clear it gets a lot of use and wasn't working quite right); the location was perfect for getting to Walmart and/or Costco, going snorkeling at Playa Santa Maria and going into town for restaurants and shopping. I was unaware that the resort does not take cash so next time I won't bring as much cash. I would definitely come back to this exceptionally beautiful spot!

Nice resort however September maintenance is brutal
Jackhammer noise all day inside (room) from adjacent rooms and outside, half the pool also closed and being resurfaced/repaired. Flies were super aggressive at breakfast both inside and outside by the water. Club area next door for football night was disappointing (TVs fuzzy), room acoustic issues and decor needed help. Toilet continued to run in main bath, headboard loose, master bed a bit too soft. Overall would not return from our experience and was a big difference coming from #1 resort in Cabo to this being #5. More space but there were a number of downsides and we regret not finishing the trip at the Waldorf. Space and outdoor area would have been nice if not for the construction noise. Cabo overall was a disappointment compared toother destinations we visit (Aruba, Curacao, Caymans, Cozumel, etc)

Great condo, great property, great location!
The condo is perfect for families! The separate front doors provide privacy and space. Master bathroom is huge! Kitchen is well equipped. Patio was great with a dining table, bbq, and outdoor couch. We really appreciated that it is on the ground floor and close to the market as well. We would definitely stay here again!

This is our 2nd time staying at this beautiful resort and Condo and it won’t be our last time .The swim up bar is amazing , this condo is located downstairs and near the pool, has plenty of space and has everything you need. We spent every day enjoying the pool, you don’t even need to leave this resort , though we spent our evenings going out to amazing restaurants in Cabo.

Fabulous Resort!
My family really loved our stay at this place. The room is PERFECT! One unit has the master bedroom (king bed), huge master bath, plus the living room, kitchen and laundry. The adjacent unit has the double beds and its own bathroom. Both room are connected with one large patio with new patio furniture. There is a small foyer between the two rooms so you can have privacy. The resort is really wonderful. Lovely grounds, lovely pool, great location, helpful staff. Lots of lounge chairs around the pool that there were always chairs to find. The swim-up bar was amazing. We loved being able to walk from our room to the beach. It's a public beach but there are roped-off areas for lounge chairs and umbrellas for resort guests only. You can walk down the beach to the Marina, or take a water taxi. There is a steep drop off in the water right in front of the resort, but walk 1 minute down the beach and the water is better to swim in. We enjoyed visiting the other two resorts. The Taco Bar at Palomar was our absolute favorite place to eat. I used the gym at the hotel every day - very clean and very nice. The location of this room is very close to the front of the hotel, but that proved to be useful because we often left the resort grounds to visit other places in town. We took Uber alot; you need to walk to the entrance gate to be picked up by an Uber, but on your way back they'll let your Uber driver in past the gate and get dropped off right in front of your hotel.

Perfect Cabo Getaway
Perfect place for us! The resort was beautiful and so well taken care of. It was a perfect balance of fun and quiet also. Location was great and enjoyed being able to explore the two other resorts Walking distance to town was also a definite plus Great trip and perfect property for us!!
