This is not a quiet area. The street, the hotel itself, not quiet. Beds are hard as a rock and the hotel knows it. They will offer a mattress topper. Room service was great. Pool service was good. Rooftop 360 not worth it.

This property was nice and clean, but not over the top memorable or worthy of return for a family with younger kids (from among the 5-6 resorts in Mexico that I have stayed in). Great access to swimmable beach and safe location with walkable restaurants and activities within a few minutes outside the property.

Don’t stay in the building that’s down by the lower pool. The low pool is directly across from the second floor and you have to have the black out curtains shut the whole time for any privacy. That building is also by a street so you are woken by any service trucks. You have to walk a maze of floors, stairs to make it to your room. The rooms are loud also. You can hear your neighbors talking.

My family and I had the WORST experience ever here. The last time we came we did the membership presentation and received 3 free nights. Well trying to get those booked was a nightmare but we got them but they made us do the presentation again. During the presentation the salesman got upset when we wouldn’t buy and he cut the meeting short. He used completely unprofessional tactics and had a terrible attitude. He ended the meeting and took us back down to the office and they called Sean Freeman to Director of sales who proceeded to tell me that since we cut the meeting short we would be charged for the stay. I told him I wouldn’t pay and then he THREATENED me by reminding me that I was in a foreign county and to be careful. I’m a Mexican citizen so his threat meant nothing to me. All of this because they claimed that we cut the high pressure sales meeting early when it was his guy who ended it. Please avoid this place like the plague. They try to force you to become members and threaten you when you decline. This is the most unprofessional staff I have ever dealt with. We ended up leaving after 1 night because we were threatened and had to pay for lodging on very short notice. Needless to say my family and friends will never stay here again. I’ll make it my life’s mission to let everyone know how disgusting the staff is here to customers. Please check out the other negative reviews here.

The staff was very helpful, the beach was clean, can swim there. Easy access to the Marina with food and shopping. Beautiful hotel we have stayed before and the Aleta Cafe has great food. We will stay again.

Too many stairs. Should have an elevator to take you up to the lobby or an escalator. It’s hard work for unfit people to reach the lobby from the beach.

Missing some amenities and guest experience touches for a premium resort. Staff was friendly. Surrounding area and never ending attempts to sell us stuff was a buzz kill. Also prices of goods and services were higher than expected. Like $6USD for small bottle of water type of thing, nothing complimentary, everything designed to extract most amount of money out of guests. Will not be returning.

Service staff was amazing. The reason for the 3 starts on service is the management they did little to nothing when an error on our spa reservation needed to change and they did nothing to help when other guest laid on my wife’s pool side chair and they did nothing to move the person. He was literally sitting on her stuff and Managment would not remove him.

Family fun vacation

It was a fun and relaxing family vacation! We enjoyed the hotel very much. It’s clean and beautiful! It’s also a great location, walking distance to many great restaurants. We definitely will come back and stay here.

The property is clean, in a nice location and the restaurants onsite are good! They have a rooftop pool (adults only) as well as two other pools and a beach club with day beds and food and drink service. The only downside is they try and get you to do a tour for their “membership program” aka timeshare. But otherwise if you are firm and tell them you’re not interested they leave you alone. I have stayed here two times and would definitely return.

I absolutely love this resort! I had a lovely time at Corazón Cabo . The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, the pools were gorgeous, and the food was delicious! The staff is so friendly and accommodating. We are members. Thank you CORAZON CABO for making us happy during our stay .

Loved our stay. Super convenient and walkable location. Beautiful property. Tons of amenities. All staff was extremely attentive. We lounged around the pool and ate and drank for a huge part of the trip. Our drinks were never empty. The food was good. The only bad thing was that the hot tub in our room never worked the entire time. Every day they would go take a look and it never worked. Also, the pushy people trying to get you to purchase a timeshare was a little overwhelming. But I get it. They have to try to make their money.. other than that, everything was great. Would definitely stay again.

Turn down the music

Music play from early morning until very late at night which made sleeping challenging. View from the room was amazing and the resort was beautiful. WiFi was unreliable, seemed to disconnect numerous times in a day requiring log in again.
