The place is great, their staff is very friendly. The location allows for many dining and cocktail options within reach and with great variety. I will surely come back to the Medano soon.

Pleasant hotel with nice spa and fitness center. Not really close to the downtown area. 2 restaurants on site, but beware the cheaper grill restaurant closes at 16:00.

I had an incident happen where a drunk male pulled me to the ground and pushed me down stairs. The staff “helped me” by having me book a stay else where and walked me out (knowing I didn’t have any money with me at the time) . When I asked for the hootahe they said There was “no cameras” in the area of the incident and they did NOT call the police. If you care for you and your family’s safety I recommend to stay away from here.

Hotel was very nice and quiet except late at night. You can still hear the music from the bars. Make sure you bring earplugs! The showerhead had very low water pressure which caused us to take a longer shower than usual. The free daily breakfast is made to order and it was nice to have choices, but the food was not as good as I would have expected. I enjoyed the location was close to everything and walking distance from the beach.

Overall a very good hotel. Only issue we experienced was big leakage in the roof of recreation room with pool table when it rained on our last day. There was no immediate response from staff to suck the water flooding on the floor.

Second time staying here and will definitely return. Great location, walkable to Medondo beach, and many restaurants and attractions in the area. Property is very clean and staff is very attentive. They made to order breakfast that is included was excellent.
