Note it is a steep hill about 20minutes to the beach. Hourly transport provided can fill up, but only 5-7 euros by taxi. Supermarket on the corner very useful and decent prices"

"My daughter and I went for her birthday weekend. We arrived late (after check in), we communicated with the hotel prior and this was ok. When we arrived we were greeted kindly. It was a very easy and smooth check in. All of the staff were lovely, friendly, happy and very helpful. We felt safe. The accommodation was basic but great and it had everything we needed, it was clean too. The shower and hairdryer was powerful. There was the option to pay for air con but we felt it wasn’t needed as it wasn’t summer months, however a fan would have been nice. We loved our apartment (A212) location facing the pool and near to the bar/breakfast area. The breakfast was ok, lots of choice. Unfortunately for the snack bar food they only offered one gluten free pizza, which wasn’t available. Cocktails were good tho. After checkout we could store our luggage and spend the day around the pool, we could also use their facilities to shower before we went home. Hotel location was good with lots of bars/restaurants/shops and taxi near by. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend and go back again. Thank you!"

"5th stay at Paloma beach apartments Staff on reception are always ready to help with any queries and questions Pool bar is perfect, friendly staff with a range of drinks and food Rooms are quiet large and spacious and are clean and tidy, kitchen has all you nead at hand Some are more mdern than otheres but we find them perfect "

"At the hotel we were greeted with a warm welcome and a glass of bubbly which was a nice added touch. The hotel was very clean. We had half board. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was excellent with lots of choice, and there was entertainment every evening. The hotel was in nice quiet area, but if you walk along the promenade which was close by you find several beaches, shops, bars, restaurants and other activities. Playa de las Americas is about a 15 minutes walk although it is easy to catch a taxi from the hotel. We would go back again."

"All you need from an apartment!! You won’t find a better frontline view and terrace in the heart of it all. Yes there are lots of stairs but worth it for the views. We recommend and would go back. Thanks Rodolf for your help with bags and great communication. "
