"Looking at the reviews i was unsure what to expect. Property was clean, quiet and staff were friendly. It wasnt mentioned the childrens entertainer would be there. "The only criticisms about the appartment was that there was no air conditioning: it was hot in the bedroom and couldn’t sleep. The shower was awkward as the shower head faced the shower curtain so the bathroom was easily flooded. Good maid service and helpful hotel staff. Brilliant swimming pool."

"Arrived 1:30pm. Checked in and luggage stored. Room not available until 4pm. Requested a seaview when booking in March. None available. Was offered to upgrade to the Penthouse with all round views, hot tub and bed & breakfast for £300 extra for 3 of us - so why not. Been several times so knew what was on offer. No hot water for showers until part way into 2nd day. Room wasn't cleaned for check in time 4pm. Hot tub was cleaned either until day 3 - certainly not what was expected for upgrade fee....
