"Extra clean and friendly hotel. Tasty breakfast and dinner buffet with lots of different things. Hotel rooms were quite plain. we bought flowers to make it little more cozy. Also missed better bathroom things. Bathrobes were nice. Pool area very pleasant but towels could be more comfortable. Everything very beige. We did not know that the marvelous UP terrace was not included to our hotel price."

"Please bring back the original all Cuban entertainment team. The current team did not hit the mark compared. The weekly towel change is very poor as towels get wet and dirty every day. The move from daily to weekly is not helpful. Love the gym and

"Very reasonably priced hotel in a great location near to bars, restaurants, shops and beach. The room was tiny and balcony super small, but clean and adequate. Lack of air conditioning made sleeping very difficult as the room was so hot. Also there was no fridge in the room. We were B&B guests and had lots of selection at breakfast. Pool area was good with plenty of sunbeds. Overall was a great hotel for what we paid."

"Fantastic as always, the calm Oasis of white Spanish low rise apartments are beautiful with amazing hillside views of the sea. The staff are exceptional and friendly, especially Daniel on reception and nothing is too much trouble. I visit twice a year and would not stay anywhere else. They are constantly maintaining and upgrading the resort and the pools are perfect. Close to great restaurants and supermarkets and opposite the taxi rank. As nice walk down to the beach and busy resort centre...

"Many positives - amenities, staff attitude, 10 mins to the promenade. Our fridge did not function properly, the hotel obviously had no intention of replacing it but did offer us a gratis massage and

session which we appreciated. The main meal dishes at dinner were awful and much worse than we experienced on visits before the pandemic. My school dinners in the 1970s were better than this. Needs fixing, on this showing we won’t be back which is a shame."

"This hotel has a very nice aesthetic and is located right off of the boardwalk. The beach is only a few minutes walk from the hotel, but the pool area is really nice as well. We had a really wonderful time and all in all almost the entire staff was phenomenal. That being said, we did have one really negative interaction with a wait staff for dinner. A waiter at dinner service was very rude to my wife and I in front of the entire dining area. He made a rude comment about us seating our selves...

"Booked for 5 days. Stayed in a studio apartment. Accommodation was clean. Bottle of water in fridge for arrival which was a nice touch. Close to eating areas and about 15 mins to beach. Our major issue was sunbeds at the pool. Too many apartments and no where near enough sunbeds or the space to put them. Asked lifeguard who kindly offered to get white plastic chairs for us. Asked lady at reception and was basically told (without looking up from her computer screen) not enough beds and...
