"My daughter and I went for her birthday weekend. We arrived late (after check in), we communicated with the hotel prior and this was ok. When we arrived we were greeted kindly. It was a very easy and smooth check in. All of the staff were lovely, friendly, happy and very helpful. We felt safe. The accommodation was basic but great and it had everything we needed, it was clean too. The shower and hairdryer was powerful. There was the option to pay for air con but we felt it wasn’t needed as it...

"Not a 4.5 star hotel as advertised. It was a 3.5 star - a good 3 star. Bedroom was very small, but balcony was spacious. Liked the separate sitting area. The room was serviced only once in our 7 day stay."

"Arrived 1:30pm. Checked in and luggage stored. Room not available until 4pm. Requested a seaview when booking in March. None available. Was offered to upgrade to the Penthouse with all round views, hot tub and bed & breakfast for £300 extra for 3 of us - so why not. Been several times so knew what was on offer. No hot water for showers until part way into 2nd day. Room wasn't cleaned for check in time 4pm. Hot tub was cleaned either until day 3 - certainly not what was expected for upgrade fee....

"The apartment was very well equipped. There was only 1 air con unit in the apartment which was in the bedroom-that was the only down side I can think of. Beds were comfortable and the balcony was huge. The area was very quiet at night. We always got a good spot by the pool late morning/early afternoon. The staff were all great and very helpful. Pool was a good temperature and inflatables were allowed at certain times. I would stay here again. "

"The double apartment worked so well for us and it was a total surprise it had two bathrooms which worked so well with my step-daughter with us having her own privacy and space. Garden was noisy and too open but a very small criticism. Staff were wonderful, friendly and responsive and we got the impression that a lot of the guests were repeat customers which is always a good sign. Lovely pool and sensible sunbed facilities. A great experience. We will be back for sure. "

"Stay was very enjoyable with ample space (especially balcony) and jacuzzi was very enjoyable. "

"The hotel is in a quite location and set out nicely with parking, the rooms are large, the kitchen has all the items needed apart from a washing machine and a dishwash. The bedroom and bathroom could with updating air conditioning unit cracked and a strange 5 litre water bottle wedge in it, tap have lost the chrome finish they are so old, mirror in bathroom cracked, it’s time to update the whole place. "

"Everything was really nice, with our room overlooking the pool/restaurant. If I stayed again, I'd like a room overlooking the sea. The pool was nice and a 5 minute walk down to the beach. Retaurants nearby. We ate at the hotel on the last day and it wasn't amazing, so im glad we hadn't gone for food included, but that's preference. Otherwise we had a great stay. "

"Located in a great spot for shopping, beach,restaurants and nights out. Staff really friendly and the room was well equipped for all our needs. Pool staff excellant and always very welcoming."

"Great room! Lovely big bed. The golf view terrace with sun loungers was amazing if you wanted an alternative to pool side. Great pool area with one accessible pool via ramp. Indian restaurant located in hotel was pretty good. Unfortunately multiple balcony door locks where broken meaning the room was unsecure. This was fixed after asking at reception within a couple of hours. Not ideal as this should be checked by hotel but happy the issue was resolved. Expensive hotel shop but loads of choice within a 20 minute walk. Would stay again!"
