The entire team at the Mexican restaurant was outstanding! Our server, Bienvenido, was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. The Churrasco was absolutely delicious; the chef truly outdid himself both times we dined there. An all-around fantastic experience!

I had an amazing stay at Casa de Campo. The property is absolutely beautiful, the drinks were great, and the bartenders were some of the friendliest people I encountered. I didn’t run into any major problems during my stay, except for one issue that I cannot overlook. The golf cart I was given was noticeably slow compared to others. I spoke with other African American guests who said the same thing about their carts. That is not okay. It felt discriminatory, and although I am giving the resort another chance, I need to be very clear that this cannot happen again. If it does, I will not be returning. Every guest deserves equal treatment, no matter what. The food was enjoyable, but the breakfast left a lot to be desired. It was very basic with limited options. There was no waffle machine, and the breakfast staff did not have the same welcoming energy as the rest of the resort employees. Asking for a mimosa felt like a hassle, which should never be the case at an all-inclusive resort. Even getting a glass of water was a challenge at times. That was frustrating considering what I paid for this experience. I also visited the nightclub. While it was fun to check out, I was disappointed by the aggressive drink service. I was offered a drink I didn’t ask for, then charged an outrageous amount. I take some responsibility for that, but guests should be warned about these kinds of tactics. Despite these issues, I truly enjoyed my vacation. I will return, but only if things improve,

Property was clean staff was excellent and customer service wasn’t also very good

I recently stayed at Hard Rock Punta Cana and had a positive experience. The resort offers a wide variety of restaurants with delicious food, but we encountered difficulties finding tables at the Italian and Mexican restaurants on our third night. While the pools and snack bars were enjoyable, we hoped for more evening entertainment options, such as a DJ at the Moon Lounge. Overall, it’s a vibrant resort with great amenities, though there is room for improvement in certain areas.
