"The house is located only steps away from the beach, stores and restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable and clean, and had nice extras such as a large second floor balcony, barbecue and beach umbrellas. Manuela was very helpful and responded to requests quickly. Check in and check out were smooth and apartment was exactly as presented in the posting. Overall a great place to stay while visiting Santa Maria Navarrese!"

"Stayed 10 nights here and used it as a base. It was a lovely apartment, had everything we needed. Communication with Stefano was really easy and he was responsive. We managed to get through even though we don't speak Italian very well!!!! Location was good. A short walk down the hill and there were lots of eateries, gelateries, and a lovely beach. The villa itself is 5 minutes walk to Tancau beach and about 10 minutes to the main beach in Santa Maria Navarrez. Everything in the apartment was in order and comfortable. "We stayed 1 week in the cosy bungalow in Cardedu. Very little turisty, which was a nice experience! Enjoyed the peace and quietness, and the 3 little dogs, who came to visit us almost every day. They where very well manered and didn't try to walk in the house. Recommend drivning to the beautiful city of Baunei, from where you can walk to Cala Goloritze. Can definetely Recommend a stay here, and the owner Luca, was very kind and helpful and treated us with tomatoes, aubergine, figs and grapes...
