- A master suite with a double bed (160x200cm) + bathroom (shower) and small dressing room.
For baby: Changing table, umbrella bed and baby bath
- 1 mezzanine (for reading corner)


On the ground floor :
- 1 independent bathroom (shower)

- Bedroom 1: 80x200cm bed, extendable to a double bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190cm)
- Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (80x200cm) for children or adolescents

Assets :
All the charm of the pink granite coast in a completely new furnished accommodation, located 200 meters from the beach.
The barbecue evenings are yours on the huge wooden terrace that goes around the house! You will be protected by a flowery embankment and take advantage of the exterior lighting, while observing the pleasure boats arriving at the port.

For the moment no Wifi for the TV (In the process of being installed), however a Hifi system

Convenient :
For shopping, several supermarkets are located 5 minutes by car (Intermarché, Lidl).

The accommodation is located 1 km from the port of Perros-Guirec, its many shops, restaurants and a shop where you can rent bikes or Vespa scooters.

Near :
- The famous Trestraou beach in Perros-Guirec, home to the casino, several bars, the grand hotel, a night market and various entertainment (minigolf, tennis, surfing ...) is only 5-7 minutes by car. You can take the boat there for an excursion to the 7 islands. A walk on the customs path will take you to the natural reserve of birds. 

- Ploumanach (favorite village of the French), its lighthouse, its customs trail, oratory of St Guirec.
- Trégastel: Its beaches, its white or pink strike. Its aquarium.
- Pleumeur Bodou: The Gallic village and the city of telecoms.
- Trébeurden: The covered alley of Île Millau, the Quellen marsh. The beaches of Tresmeur or pors mabo

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Nähe schönster Strände
Wir waren mit einer befreundeten Familie im Haus (jeweils 2 Jungs zwischen 9 - 15) und hatten eine tolle Woche. Jeder hatte seinen Bereich - drei Zimmer im Erdgeschoss (Eins mit PlayStation zur Freude der Jungs) und ein geräumiges Zimmer mit eigener Dusche oben. Alles wirkte sehr neu und war und wertig. In der Küche war alles vorhanden was man zum kochen für 8 Personen braucht.genug GeschirNar Besteck und co für. Wir haben meist auf der

Superbe maison idéalement située pour rayonner sur la côte de granit rose
Très belle maison avec joli jardin, très bien équipée et localisée pour se balader autour de la côte de granite rose. Les propriétaires ont été très accueillants! Merci beaucoup pour toutes les petites attentions. Les enfants ont adoré tous les livres et jeux mis à disposition. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés!
