"We stayed in Cottage A as a family of 6. It is a very beautiful cottage and it was set up with a beautiful Christmas tree. The host was very friendly and helpful, and had the fire in the living room set up burning already, and the hot tun already set up ready to go. It was very clean and everything is very modern and just beautiful. Unfortunately we didnt get to spend much time admiring the views because it was raining a and very windy/ cold. Without the kids we could have done more exploring...

"We had a problem accessing the security key numbers - x2 - necessary to get into the property. Hotels.com app failed and both tel calls and emails to the owner failed for over 2 hours. Finally got access. Will probably mean that I won’t stay in accommodation that doesn’t have a front desk in future. Otherwise a comfortable stay near centre of town. Clean, quiet with plenty of room. Missing coffee pods in supplies left for guests. Thank you."

"An excellent holiday apartment. My niece and I enjoyed our stay there. Weather was very pleasant and my niece enjoyed many walks around Dundrum. We had beautiful meals, especially at The Bucks Head in centre of village. We shall be looking to return again for a break."

"Comfortable, cozy coach house, close to all the major sites in Northern Ireland. Quiet country setting was perfect for our group of 6. "

"Reached out days before arrival to get check in information and Had lockbox for key. Bread, pancakes, mini muffins with butter provided. Used notebook left for instructions on check out. Only one bathroom for 9 people in 5 bedrooms. Located 30 minutes driving time to Belfast. Parking on street or at church. Very cute cafe shop located across the streets with delicious fresh homemade donuts. Room were clean."

"We had a fabulous stay at Ashside Cottage. We were welcomed by Richard and Caroline who gave us a tour of the house and filled us in on places of interest in and around the area. The cottage was beautiful with parts dating from 16th century. It had everything we needed, including home baked bread. "The best rental place we have ever stayed in! Everything and more was provided and all top quality, definitely a home from home. Janet is an excellent host and couldn’t do enough for us the welcome gift was a lovely touch. The views are to die for and even with the not so good Irish weather we still managed to do so much. "We had a lovely stay. The property is very nice and well equipped. The only thing that irked us a little was that it was advertised online that there was a game console but when we arrived the controllers were missing. The owner informed us that they were probably stolen by previous visitors. It's a shame as our 4 year old would have really enjoyed it. "

Lovely relaxing couple of days

"It was lovely we were there for a two day break. Staff are lovely and so helpful. Breakfast was lovely . We had the full English which was presented well I had the gluten free version and couldn’t complain . Same for evening meal a varied menu and also a gluten free . vegan , and dairy free . That’s a great choice for people with restricted diets. Also being on the sea front you were on the promenade immediately. Our weather was glorious if a tad cold but it is only March . All in all delightful. . "

"We had a really lovely one night stay here to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday. Acknowledgements like this really make a hotel stand out and we were very happy. It was the first time we had stayed since the refurbishment, and all areas of the hotel are beautiful. The room itself was stunning, with views of both of the sea and the Mournes. We are local enough so the sight isn’t uncommon to us, but looking out at it from the hotel room was just spectacular! All the staff are very kind, courteous, friendly and hardworking. We dined in the town but had a couple of cocktails each in the Wolf bar which were very high quality. We appreciate a good cocktail! The breakfast buffet was lovely. Thank you for making this a memorable occasion :-) "

"Fantastic hotel to stay"

"We had a x1 night stay here. We had a fantastic stay! William at reception was absolutely amazing – Very accomadating and professional, from giving us handy car park tips and tricks to quickly sorting out the aircon in our room, nothing was too much trouble. He also recommended coming down to enjoy the local music, which really added to our trip. The bed was super comfortable, and the TV in the room was massive! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the shops, which made everything so convenient. Overall, it was exactly the stay we were hoping for. "
