I did a reservation and paid for it but when I got to the hotel later there was no reservation on file for me so I accepted a more vostly room eith a king bed which is more than what I wanted to spend buts its what was available. I paid for it with my credit card so I was out the money I paid you. How do I get refunded from you. I use you all the time. This is the 2nd time in one year that the same thing has happend. Went there for an annual Girls' trip. Hotel was super clean, breakfast was fabulous and the Staff were so personable. Super Walmart, Wendy's, Cattleman's, Subway, etc. all within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Great location and very nice facility. But there were lots of things out of order in the hotel (pool, vending machines, laundry facilities and some of the door scanners to enter the building). We didn’t plan on using any of these so it was not a big deal to us, but to others it might be. Otherwise great place to stay.
