"This is the second time we’ve stayed here. The 5 good sized bedrooms and 5 bathrooms all with showers is so great! My bed was super comfortable, both the mattress and the sheets. Everything in the house is super intentional. Everything we needed without extra clutter. The decor is very nice as well. We hope to be back! "

"Group of 8 in town for Bourbon Trail tours. Plenty of room for everyone. Large kitchen and living area for everyone to gather. Beds were comfortable and could not hear noise from other bedrooms. Could hear the train, but came prepared with ear plugs, thanks to other reviews. Not a huge deal, but a little inconvenient...not enough towels. One bath towel per person, no hand towels, less than one wash cloth per person, no towels for hot tub, and no kitchen towels or dish cloths. "

"This house was perfect for our family of 4. Everyone had their own room and comfy bed. We had space to chill and relax. The house is quaint and quirky and full of charm. And this Germantown area is awesome. We got to walk to bars, restaurants and a couple cute shops. Even walked to Logan Street Market. Going to Waverly Hills and the Mega Caverns were maybe 20-25 minutes away. Super easy by car. PS.. Don’t let the outside of this house/area fool you. We felt safe and secure even when we got...

"The home is old and needs more work but it served its purpose for us to have a place to stay. It is definitely not "Luxe" as the title states. The kitchen was lacking basic cookware such as a frying pan for cooking breakfast. There are no dressers for clothes and minimal hangers in the closets forcing us to live out of our suitcase for the 6 nights we were there. If you need a place to sleep and shower and not much more, it's a good fit. If you want or need more, this is not the place for you. "
