The hotel is very nice, the rooms are clean, updated, spacious and comfortable. Our suite was equipped with mini fridge, microwave and dishes. The bed and couch were comfortable. The bathroom was huge and all necessities were provided. The staff was absolutely amazing and helped our large group with transportation arrangements and dining recommendations. The view of the Acropolis from their rooftop bar is spectacular especially at night. Highly recommend The Pinnacle!!!

The hotel looks pretty when you walk in, I wouldn't expect less for a 4 star hotel, however location is not the greatest. What disappointed me the most was the lack of attention to detail. The room we were given was not properly cleaned. Carpets had lots of stains, and the shower had black mold in several areas. That is totally unacceptable for me. Would not recommend this hotel.

"We thought the hotel was quite run down. The lifts were slow and tiny. Breakfast was stressful and tense. The table cloth was damp which was particularly unpleasant, the waiters were rushed off their feet so eager to clear dirty dishes on utility trolleys noisily; the buffet was disorganised with ..."
