Love this historic hotel, beautiful lobby rooms were beautiful, but unfortunately, it appears some renovations were occurring while we were there. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will gladly return.

It was very modern, but not super user friendly. The bathroom is a weird pod in the room without much of privacy and the rooms are small so one person has to crawl over the other to get out of bed.

There was not any parking onsite-I had to ask a random person where to park because no one answered the phone when I called multiple times. there wasn’t anyone at the front door. I wasn’t able to get in the building. I had to wait outside in the cold until someone who was leaving the building let me in. The suite was really nice and comfortable. Make sure you bring laundry detergent, extra paper towels, and dishwasher detergent and extra garbage bags. The location is perfect. Very easy to get around. The T is close. I would definitely stay again. Couldn’t get in the door- no one was at the front desk. I had to ask a woman how to get in. There wasn’t anyone to call. The number on the web site could not connect me to a live person Stove top is damaged Missing door on closet Had to buy paper towels, garbage bags etc.

This is one of the greatest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Everything was conveniently located, making it a great choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Facilities well kept and maintained. Hotel very quiet and clean which I like. Shower facility seems a bit old somehow, otherwise facilities all good. Staff responsive but feels a bit understaffed overall. Great experience overall and would stay again.
